Following an amazing workout with Bournemouth Bootcamp, organised by the Dorset Girl Gains ambassador Emily (@theworldisonyourside on instagram), the girls and I walked down into Bournemouth town centre for brunch at this gorgeous place which lived up to it’s cosy name.
Catering for both gluten-free and vegan, this is the place to go for a large range of foods you normally struggle to find in many places. With such a massive brunch menu, this couldn’t haven been a better place to go after a sweaty workout. Our VERY complex order of drinks from almond milk cappuccino to a caramel latte, the staff were very helpful and did not hesitate to bring out some fantastic food.
I have to say, I was torn between so many dishes this cafe is definitely worth a return, or two, or three… From hummus, avocado and falafel sandwich with carrot tapenade , Vegan breakfast (potato rosti, falafel beans and allllll the toppings) to cornbread with poached egg, black beans and guacamole, the choices just kept coming, but eventually I went for the cornbread, to try something new.
The coffee is of course something to try, I went for a mocha to check out the strength before I move on to another coffee next time, and it was the perfect taste. It’s fair to say The Cosy Club has done an amazing job, and I’ll certainly be back for more.
